Simplification in TUBITAK ARDEB Project Application Process

 

TUBITAK Academic Research Funding Programs Directorate (ARDEB) has made an amendment in their routine practices to simplify and accelerate the project application process. Starting from May 22nd, 2020; project proposal form and its annexes (Annex-1 Resources Annex-2 Budget Plan and Justification) will be the only documents requested during the application. 

The following documents will not be requested at the application stage. After the evaluation, if the project is recommended for funding,  these documents will be expected to be delivered to TUBITAK within a certain period of time decided by the Research Support Group. If the documents cannot be delivered within the time, the project will not be funded.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights Protocol
  2. Ethics Committee Approval (if needed)
  3. Legal/Institutional Permissions (if needed)
  4. Letter of Support (if needed)  
  5. Proforma Invoices (if needed)
  6. SME declaration (for SMEs only)
