Newton-Katip Celebi Fund aims England and to develop common solutions to problems encountered in the fields of economic development and social welfare in Turkey by bringing scientific research and innovation sectors in Turkey and UK together..

Within the framework of bilateral programs, it is aimed to carry out research and innovation studies together; build strong, sustainable, systematic relations between the two countries and develop existing collaborations.

The program, which is supported by Turkish and UK governments and will continue until 2021, is allocated 8 million GBP annually.
